What is pictured above is absolute PROOF that there is Elder Abuse at the hands of the American Nazi Lawyer/Judge Mafia; and the Greene County Court Systems, the Mo. BAR, as well as the Mo. Supreme Court (as direct overseers of the Mo. BAR), are all complicit as either full fledged Nazis themselves at the worst, or at the very least Nazi supporters themselves, not willing to hold notorious Nazis accountable for Nazi crimes when they have a Professional Duty and Responsibility as their government, taxpayer paid, jobs to do so!
Judging from this Trust page 2 above, who is subordinate to whom here? Is the Grantor subordinate to the Trustee as would be against Mo. Law, and clearly outlined above against the Law; or the other way around, the Trustee is subordinate to the Grantor, as would be according to Mo. Law, and completely backwards as to what this Trust language outlines? There is NO doubt that even an average sixth grader would understand this concept; SO WHY DOESN’T THE LAWYERS AND JUDGES THAT MAKE UP THE GREENE COUNTY COURT SYSTEMS, THE MO. BAR, AND THE MO. SUPREME COURT, NOT UNDERSTAND THIS CONCEPT?
Does anyone need any more PROOF, than what is pictured above “only with the written consent of the [NAZI] Trustee [Nancy Yendes], …until the Trustee, …as agreed to by the Trustee,” without any court ordered guardianship, to know with absolute surety that there was a lot of ELDER ABUSE going on against my Dad when He was LAWYER TRICKED by the notorious Nazi “den of thieves” LAW FIRM, MANN, WALTER, BISHOP & SHERMAN? If anyone needs more proof, than what is pictured above, to know there was a lot hanky panky going on against my Dad (Dale Kelley), then I regret to have to inform you that you must be brain dead. But, never the less, there is a thousand other proofs that there was never ending Elder Abuse exposed right on this website, for the benefit of the brain dead, that even a sixth grader could understand, so those in high places {like the Mo. Supreme Court in Black Robes) will have NO EXCUSE not to know the Truth about this Case of Nazi Elder Abuse in this life as well as the one second that they may stand before Jesus Christ on Judgment Day.
Abuse can happen to anyone, including the President of the United States, so it is the Duty of all Americans to fight against abuses when ever it raises its ugly Nazi head.

Does this council, stated in the last eight paragraphs, about God’s Ways sound like very many lawyers and judges that you are aware of? Obviously NOT! This Elder Abuse Page is intended to illustrate to the Politician, and the citizen who may contact their Politician, that there are those who elder abuse the old and defenseless for what ever reasons. When there are unethical persons interacting and administrating to the elderly in any kind of hidden private circumstances elder abuse is possible. In the first Probate Court Hearing (January, 2018) this Provision (highlighted in yellow and underlined in red) was brought up in that Hearing, by myself Jim Kelley, as an outrageous provision that put everyone listed in the Springfield phone book as ahead of my Dad’s #1 Son, myself Jim Kelley, as a future Trustee! Here are the three REVELATIONS that came from that introduction in that Hearing:
First Revelation: The Trust Attorney Paul Sherman, the one who it would seem wrote this Will and Trust, claimed in that Hearing that that was just NOT true that I could NOT serve as a Trustee or a Personal Representative behind everyone else in the phone book.
Second Revelation: When the Trust Attorney failed to declare that his “client,” my Dad, Dale Kelley, specifically instructed that that specific language was to be in his Will and Trust as the one and only reason, that is pretty good PROOF that these were the words of the Trustees and NOT of my Dad! This is HUGE because this is some PROOF that that language WAS NOT my Dad’s instructions for his Will and Trust and Paul Sherman did not want to be caught in a lie in the future by claiming that this language was specifically instructed to be a part of my Dad’s Will and Trust, because as the Trust Attorney he would be the best one to know!
Third Revelation: The Probate Judge, Commissioner Carol T. Aiken, did NOT recognize a bold face liar, right in her own Court Room, telling her a lie like this is amazing in and of itself! But then this same Judge would believe the numerous lies by these Nazi Lawyers in the April, 2018, Hearing like Nazi/Lawyer/Trustee Nancy testified that she cremated her own father, totally against the Will and Trust instructions, BECAUSE MY MOM WAS AFRAID OF WATER AND SHE WOULD BE IN THAT CASKET (IN HER URN) AND IN CASE THE GRAVE YARD FLOODED (NEVER HAPPENED) SHE ABSOLUTELY KNEW THAT THAT WOULD CAUSE TERROR AND ANXIETY IN HER MOTHER TO BE BELOW ALL OF THAT FLOOD WATER! Is this not a perfect joke of a testimony for a SNL Court Room skit??? There should have been belly laughs through out that Court Room, but NO, only Nazi silence of honor and respect for a Nazi Crime and Plot successfully pulled off.

Since the definitions and term Elder Abuse is a bit fluid I felt it important to have a Page dedicated to what the experts say today that may apply to my Dad and what happened to him after my Mom passed away.
I am currently reading/digesting the book, Crime & Elder Abuse, Third Edition, by Brian K. Payne, copyrighted 2011. This is over 300 pages of some pretty heavy duty stuff about elder abuses that is well written and organized to help the righteous cause of fighting elder abuses in the future if the legislators, politicians, and the “concerned” general public will get educated and then get on board.
There are specific examples and descriptions that are spot on as to what happened to my Dad, in my opinion, as elder abuses, that have gone on under the radar and under my nose without my having enough evidence to do anything about it at the time. I am going to wait to post anything specific that is in this book.
This is just a suggestion: If anyone interested in fighting elder abuses in America, and you are really serious, and especially if you want to help with this apowtwice Mission and Cause, then get a copy of this book so you can be ahead of the game.
