CliffsNotes For This TEA/SEA Party-Mission & Fair Tax Page:
#1. The Fair Income Tax. No corporate and/or licensed business Federal, State, or local income/earnings taxes. This would attract, by Natural Free Market Forces, tens of trillions of dollars (with a “t”) investment capital from all over the world to the USA without any stupid tax dollars with strings attached chasing investment money for business. Also, since most of the investigations of the IRS are businesses then the IRS staff could be reduced to only 10% (never to exceed 10,000 IRS employees including clerks and janitors) of what it is now (sorry IRS agents) saving a lot of tax dollars and a lot of government intimidations, threats, frustrations, for Americans in general. The U.S. Economy will roar when these Fair Income and Sales Taxes are introduces so there is NO need to feel sorry for any government employee who ends up losing their jobs. If they are capable of useful and honest work then they will get a good job in the roaring private sector economy and if not they were just blood suckers to begin with and should have never been on the “public trough” government payroll in the first place. Former blood sucker government employees who can’t make it in the private sector economy go to Europe and suck off their Socialism/Communism.
Whatever money that should have been collected as income taxes and wasn’t, because the IRS was shorthanded, would be considered money well kept by “the people” and probably would have been better spent by “the people” than the Governments could have spent it anyway.
#2. A Fair Income Tax of 5% on all personal income after the first $1,000 of each person’s personal income, NO deductions or exemptions whatsoever, collected by the IRS, with 2 ½ % going to the Federal Treasury and 2 ½ % going to the State and local treasuries divided by State Laws passed by the State Legislators. No joint filings whatsoever. If a married person, the children or other dependents of a family, has less than $1,000.01 of personal income then they do not file an income tax return saving them paper work and saving the government paper work; a win (the people), win (the Governments), win (the Economy), for everyone!
#3. A Fair National Sales Tax of 5% collected by the Federal Government. This Sales Tax would apply to everything at the consumer point of sale with the exceptions of eatable food (including pet and animal foods, wild life foods, and seeds of any varity), approved by the AMA medical services, approved by the FDA medications, and firearms (including ammunition) consistent with the Second Amendment that the obtaining of firearms by “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed,” and a sales tax could put a burden of infringement on poor people for these purchases.
There would be a separate from the IRS Federal Department Of Revenue to collect this Federal Sales Tax so as NOT to comingle income taxes with sales taxes.
#4. A Surcharge of an extra 1% for the Fair Income Tax and an extra 1% for the Fair Sales Tax, to be specifically directed to pay off the Principle of the National Debt until the National Debt is completely paid off, shall apply and then specifically to be directed to a National Federal Government Savings Account. This Federal Government Savings Account shall be held in three separate mutual funds chosen by the U.S. Congress and Senate, with the performance of each of these mutual funds evaluated no less than each calendar year to be determined by Congress if a mutual fund should be replaced by another mutual fund.
Also, for this to work no more Federal Government borrowing against the National Debt, with two exceptions, and with a 60% approval in both the House and Senate with a required signature of The President; and those two exceptions would be to finance a declared by Congress Military Fighting War and to pay off direct Social Security payments required by a new Fair Social Security Buyout and Employee Financial Responsibility Account Act.
#5. A Fair Social Security Buyout and Employee Financial Responsibility Account Act. Those who are already receiving Social Security benefits are grandfathered in so nothing changes for them. Those who have not started receiving Social Security benefits shall have all of their Social Security contributions (theirs and their employers) transferred to an Employee Financial Responsibility Account approved by a newly created Employee Financial Responsibility Oversight Board which approves Plans and financial institutions types to hold these plans with “shall approve” a financial institution that meets the requirements outlined by this Oversight Board.
These Employee Financial Responsibility Accounts would be privately owned, would be givable to another before death if the owner did not need it any longer (would avoid satanic Probate Court and blood sucker relatives after the death of the owner), willable/transferable by specific instructions (without a will or trust) to another person upon death, and would be the Fund/Account that the person would rely on for sick leave, maternity leave, unemployment, vacation, and retirement with a limit of no more that ½ of the highest ever history cash value of the Account could be used for anything with at least ½ of the Account saved, kept in this Employee Financial Responsibility Account Trust, for retirement UNLESS that person is terminally ill with three separate qualified physicians certifying such terminal illness. If the owner ends up NOT dying from that terminal illness then that owner starts over with their Employee Financial Responsibility Account with NO requirement to pay back any Account money. If the owner is already retired with no income then they had better find something like a church to help them out with “charity” or move to Europe.
To fund these Employee Financial Responsibility Accounts the employee shall contribute 5% and the employer 5% for a combined total of 10% assessed against all qualified income over $1,000 which would be assessed on qualified, physically worked for, employment income for persons over 16 years of age. Capital gains shall be exempt from Employee Financial Responsibility Account contributions and qualified capital gains earnings shall be capped at 1% which will go to directly paying off the National Debt Principle and then after the National Debt is paid off that 1% shall go to the National Treasury and the resident State Treasury (50-50) giving Congress and the States some incentive to get that National Debt paid off fast! The interest for the National Debt shall be paid out of the regular National Budget as required by law now and 1% of the total National Treasury annual income shall go to pay off the National Debt also until the National Debt is payed off.

#6. The Tenth Amendment: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” which means the following is all that the Federal Government has any Constitutional Business being involved with:
Article One, Section Eight, of the U.S. Constitution, The Powers Of Congress; “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare [this is NOT charity welfare] of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; To borrow Money on the credit of the United States; To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes; To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States; To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States; To establish Post Offi ces and post Roads; To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries; To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court; To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years; To provide and maintain a Navy; To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”
Does this sound like the Federal Government has Authority for such things like The Department Of Education or Medicade/Medicare, etc.? About 90% of what the Federal Government does is unconstitutional and when all of that is cleaned out of the Federal Government then the Federal Government could very easily live on its portions of the Fair Income Tax and the Fair Sales Tax and pay off the National Debt too.
Correct Principle: What ever the Federal Government is involved in/with now, that is really unconstitutional and no longer should do, then the Tenth Amendment provides for these “worthy things” as “are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” So whatever a State Legislator and Governor decides their State wants to do they can do it, like Socialist government paid health care programs, etc., go for it; and whatever the State Legislators don’t do then “the people” can do, if they so choose, with organizations like churches, etc.
The Federal Government has NO Constitutional Authority or Business paying for anyone’s retirement, education, health care, etc.; “the people” are themselves responsible for these things and if the States, churches, individuals, want to help others pay for such things, GO FOR IT! Charity is a religious principle and should stay with religious organizations. Government has enough to do with their government Duties and Responsibilities without trying to be a religion unto themselves and giving out charity.
The Federal and State road taxes on vehicle fuel, and county property taxes, and other State and local taxes {not sales taxes and income/earnings taxes), would stay the same, to directly finance the highways and schools, etc., according to the State Legislators and the Governors.
Correct Religious Principle: With the reduction of income and sales taxes across the board then licensed corporations, licensed busineses, and “the people,” can better afford to pay their fair share to God so that the United States can reap the blessings of God, as “the windows of heaven” being opened on America to the point “that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” Is there any numbskull who does not want God’s Blessings on America like this?

TEA = taxed enough already and SEA = [government has] spent enough already!
The Missouri Governor Mike Parsons (pictured above) has encouraged, signed into law, more Missouri taxes crafted in a way to avoid the Hancock Amendment in the Missouri Constitution than any other Missouri Governor and claims to be a “Republican!” A local talk show host has exposed Brother Mike as “Tax Hike Mike.” Thank God for honest, unafraid, local talk show hosts so that “the people” can learn the truth!

I am going to test this concept to see if a TEA/SEA Party can catch on in America.
