This is a brand new Home Page. The old Home Page was jammed up because I put too much stuff on it, I think so anyway. So I am starting all over again with a lot of the stuff that was on the old Home Page, and also elsewhere, on other pages, on this website.
This Home Page will also now contain an Index of all the website pages, with some explanations, right after a few short statements, at the beginning, on this Home Page.
This website was originally created in 2017 to fight against the Nazi Lawyers and Judges who stabbed my Dad in the back including long after his death; however, this website has expanded to fight against many other kinds of backstabbers who fight AGAINST “Truth, Justice, and The American Way”, as well as Jesus Christ Himself! Please consult the INDEX, at the bottom of this Home Page, for all manner of subjects pertaining to why America is now in a nose dive 21st Century Dark Ages that is a lot more severe than the Medieval Dark Ages ever thought of being.
On Memorial Day weekend, May 27-30, 2011, my Dad, Dale E. Kelley, was captured against his will by a gang of Nazi cut throat pirate Missouri Lawyers and their Nazi assistants, and then he was held as a virtual POW against his own will in the American 21st Century War of Elder Abuses.
My Dad was a D-Day (flew two bombing missions in support of D-Day on June 6, 1944, irrespective of what Nazi Nancy Yendes testified to in court under oath, knowingly lied about her own father, that he was NOT a D-Day veteran, and the Greene County Probate Court acted like they believed Nazi Nancy Yendes when she was obviously lying), was captured behind enemy lines on June 21, 1944 (15 days after D-Day), was beat up by German Nazi interrogators, and held as a POW for 10 months by the German Nazis, WW II veteran.
Considering that my Dad was a German Nazi held POW in WW II, and was captured by American Nazi Lawyers and held against his will as a virtual POW starting in 2011, that is the origin of the name of this website, A POW Twice; and this being a .com website, this website is obviously on the cutting leading edge pertaining to the circumstances that a honorable WW II veteran could be captured, and held as a virtual POW, in an obvious 21st Century American Elder Abuse War attack and capture, and the Missouri Court System considered this just lawyer business as usual, just like the German Nazis considered rounding up the Jews, and the Gentile supporters of the Jews, and the Gentile decenters of Nazism, murdering all 14 million of them in their concentration camps alone (seperate from the 100 million or so others killed as a direct result of WW II Nazism), just legal German government business as usual in WW II Nazi Germany.
To help give some perspective as to what 14 million innocent Jews and Gentiles being murdered in the Nazi concentration camps alone represents, especially for those not very good at mathematics:
Six million Jews murdered would be equal to the total population of the State of Missouri.
The other eight million Gentiles, who were defenders of the Jews and/or decenters of Nazism, would be equal to the total populations of Kansas and Arkansas combined.
What kind of logistics did it take to round up that many people, process them, put them on trains to the concentration camps, and then murder them? And how could it have been that the other people in those neighborhoods where the Jews and Gentile decenters were captured, processed and shipped on trains, and then held and murdered in those concentration camps, didn’t know what was happening?
Most people in general turning a blind eye to evil, hoping that evil will not come after them and harm them, are most generally the problems with the whole world, including America.
Thank God for President Trump, as God’s Choice for President now, and all of President Trump’s supporters for letting President Trump win three times so that he could serve God as President two times.
For absolute irrefutable proof that my Dad was captured against his will just take a look at page 2 of the Nazi created Unconditional Surrender POW Trust above.
Soon after my Dad’s POW capture he was tricked into signing an American Nazi Unconditional Surrender Will and Trust (page 2 pictured above) against him. This was easy for him to be tricked into this because he was virtually blind, couldn’t hear very well, didn’t have anyone there who would stand up for him, including Nazi Danny Stockham, Nazi Carl Yendes, Nazi Maureen Royce, and Nazi Bob Royce who were present, and I, Jim Kelley, was not invited, or knew on purpose, what was happening by all of these Nazis, and no doubt my Dad was unable to read adequately what he was signing, intended for his own distructions, “like a lamb to the slaughter” (Isaiah 53:7).
Notice the wording, “…only with the written consent of the Trustee”, which was his “Nutsy the Nazi” confederate to the U.S. Constitution daughter, the Blue City Communist City of Springfield, MO, Assistant City Attorney at the time, NANCY KELLEY YENDES!
No doubt Nazi Communist Nancy would have fit in quite well with the “Sleepy Joe” Biden Crime Family, crime syndicate, D.O.J. Crime Society, as one of their Nazi attorneys.
Also notice the wording, “…until the Trustee…as agreed to by the Trustee”, making it virtually impossible, according to the language of this Trust, for anyone to come and rescue, liberate, my Dad including myself, Jim Kelley, the #1 Son of my Dad.
The POW capture and this Nazi Will and Trust were all done behind my back, on purpose, because these confederates to the U.S. Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and The Gospel of Jesus Christ, knew that I would have put a stop to any, and all, of this had I known in time!
Special Note: I used the term confederate with a small “c” to make a distinction between the Southern Confederates who were standing up for their American Civil War Causes pertaining to States’ Rights.
Also notice the wording, “…free of trust an amount up to $1,000.00”. My Dad had retirement income of about $2,000 per month. So by Nazi Trust agreement my Nazi Filthy Dung Sister, Nancy Kelley Yendes, captured, and claimed, all of my Dad’s retirement income as her own “assets…described in ‘Schedule A’” (1st paragraph at the top of page 2 of Trust). This gave the Trustee, Filthy Dung Nazi Communist Nancy Yendes total power over her Nazi POW captive to meter out to her own father any amount she desired to punish him with, less than $1,000 at a time, and perhaps just one dollar at a time, and the timing could be as infrequent as once a year, or never I suppose, without ever tapping into any of the assets of the Trust (“free of trust”), to keep for herself later after my Dad died.
So by Nazi POW Trust provisions, my Dad could never use any of his own assets whatsoever, for anything that he would have wanted to use them for; his paid for house, bank accounts, CDs, investment securities, his silver coin collection with thousands of silver coins, etc., nothing that he owned for his own use. Is this NOT like the German Nazis stole from the Jews when they captured them, as they stole all of their money, their homes, their art treasures, even the gold out of their teeth (my Dad had false teeth so Nazi Nancy didn’t take that gold)?
Is this NOT the exact same kind of a POW take over as the German Nazis did to the Jews, less the gas chamber murders only?
Now notice the wording, “…free of trust…”; that is a Nazi Trust provision specifically, just another term, denying my Dad any right to use any of his own money, out of his own assets, that were Nazi lawyer assigned to the Nazi Trustee Nancy Kelley Yendes by this Nazi theft language of this Nazi Trust.
One may ask what lawyer, what Law Firm, would be a party to such American Nazism against a honest D-Day veteran of all people? Answer: the MANN, WALTER, BISHOP & SHERMAN Law Firm, of the Blue Communist City of Springfield, Mo.
And consider this, the Bishop part of this Law Firm, the Senior Partner with full power to regulate his Law Firm, is also an Elder of the Northside Christian Church of the Blue Communist City of Springfield, Mo.

For more irrefutable proof that my Dad was captured against his will, check out Page 43, LIES “Acceding” Maureen, where my Nazi sister Maureen admitted, in writing, that my Dad “was hesitant” to be captured. My Dad was no doubt a lot more than just “hesitant”, and this is one M.O. of a slimy, filthy dung, lying, stealing, criminal, “Democrat Socialist”, Nazi, to admit to a very little bit of the truth, but not the other 99% or so of the truth, and Satan directly inspires these Satan worshiping Nazis that they can have a false sense of security clear conscience because after all they did told the truth.

One of my regrets for the last day that I saw my Dad out of POW captivity would be that I did not take my Dad to the Hickory County Sheriff’s Office and have my Dad tell the Sheriff, Ray Tipton a personal friend of my Dad’s, that he wanted to stay in his own home and did not want be taken anywhere else. Then the Sheriff would have had personal knowledge of my Dad’s personal will and wishes, a miscellaneous information report could have been taken/written with a report number, and then when my Dad was drugged (yes I saw some evidence of that) into being captured as a POW, the Hickory County Sheriff could have gone two counties away, to the south, into Greene County, where these sleazy Nazi Lawyers were well established and considered themselves safe with their fellow Blue County Communist Greene County Nazi lawyers and Nazi High Priests Of False Security Greene County Judges, and the Hickory County Sheriff could have Liberated my Dad with the threat of a Hickory County Court Warrant for kidnapping if the Greene County Nazi Lawyers didn’t want to give up my Dad’s POW capture.
This website Pages 3 through 18 will give more light, knowledge, and truth to my Dad’s POW capture, being held against his will, and his early death and the Nazi Lawyer’s Revenge Insult against my Dad, cremation instead of an outlined by specific Will and Trust Provisions casket burial, totally against his written Will and Trust specific language and Provisions, which some of these Nazi Lawyers signed by notary which made their signature a sworn fiduciary oath statement to follow that Will and Trust to the letter.
